Slippery Floors Bad Fall
May17.2014 My family and i stopped in for dinner we ordered the buffet but it was all most empty so we had the salad bar.On my way back to our table i sliped and fell hiting my head on the end of the bar.I did not know bad i was hurt.My daughter help me up off of the floor,while the staff stood by the wall looking on.Only one person tryed to help us but the rest of them just stood there.It was so humiliating and frustrateing.This experience has me in so much pain and concerned was it because i'm black or do they treat every one that way.No one every asked us who we were or if we needed any thing i just need to know what do i need to do i called them to speak to the manger but she was one of the people looking on.I hope you can take the approprate action to ensure no one else half to experience.
